I've lost track of when I graduated, I did try and carry on, but enjoyed it more following the plan. Had a couple of falls, one in the woods, which ripped up my knee and one on pavement where I think I've done permanent damage to my knuckle as it still hurts over a month later! Have tried walking instead, was then concerned to see my fast walking pace not much slower than running pace!!
I feel I should start it again, it made me go out and do it!

Hi, had a pavement fall last week running in the dark (I can only fit it in before work) and ended up with cut elbows, knees, hands plus my wrist and elbows are incredibly painful. Being at week 8 I was torn between carrying on and fear of falling again. I gave it a go and am glad I did, with the aid of painkillers, just a bit more cautious about looking for better lit routes and looking out for pot holes. Power walking is great, and much better than giving up entirely, but it would be a shame for you to not finish your C25k journey. Why not try a run that you know you can do to regain confidence. It may also be an idea to get your knuckle checked out if you haven't already done so. Good luck
Hi, thank you. I did go to minor injuries unit & was x-rayed, although nothing jumped out, they did say they thought there could be something! Apart from strapping fingers together, not a lot to be done! My run time was evenings, but much darker now. I just need to motivate myself and although graduated, restart c25k
