Starting running again at age 60 and it's not going too badly so far! Knees are a bit stiff to begin with but usually loosen up on the run. Was a bit apprehensive at moving up to 3 mins of running but it was fine. Enjoyed Jo Whiley's 'ancient' reference to bouncy Spotty Dog from the Woodentops!

That’s great 😀 we started at 63 and it’s made a huge difference so i hope you keep it up and if you need extra rest days between run days take them and run on fresh legs
