Finished couch to 5K/30 mins at the end of May since then have gone back to work found it hard to keep going.

I have been jogging for 30 mins ish once or twice a week, but today I jogged 5k for the first time. I just decided to go really slow and not stop till the fit bit told me 5k it took 48.5 mins.

I am amazed I did it looking at how hard I found it to jog for 1 minute in March.

5K in 30mins seems a long way off but I have come a long way.

Keep going if you are struggling.

Brilliant, well done on keeping going and hitting that 5k distance. Doesn’t it feel great? If you keep up with regular consolidation runs and just get out there and keep running at a slow pace, your stamina will improve and you will be amazed how over a few weeks/months times and distances improve. Not that it matters as just getting out there and running is the important bit ! Once again we’ll done 👏👏👏

Perseverance is key, it will get easier in time and at some point you'll look back and actually forget how hard 30 mins seemed! 👍🏻😁
