7th Consolidation Done!!

Had a lovely 5k run today through Battersea Park and along the river was such a beautiful day was able to run without fleece top.

That was my 7th consolidation run. I ran 5k in 33 minutes, average pace 6.39. Love the feeling you get from running it is so amazing.

I am going to go for my first evening run on Sunday after work.

Running malarkey is another word that new runners use, a very good run and time for you 9 weeks 2run, it took you 9 weeks to graduate and now you have ran a 5K in 33 minutes, well done.

Oh me to, it is such a lovely park. I love running round it the part in the middle brings back such lovely memories of C25K. Yes have got the running bug!!

Well done, running by the river sounds lovely. I graduated in September and have settled on 2 or 3 32 min runs per week through Greenwich park.

Off to Decathlon to get winter gear. Keep up the consolidation 👍
