I graduated a couple of weeks back but am so astonished that it's taken me til now to announce it!!!

A few months back I puffed like a steam engine after 60 seconds of jogging... Now I'm a runner!!!! .... Admittedly better at it downhill with an advantageous wind but never the less.

So I'm sending positive vibes out there to anyone who needs it. Believe in the program and believe in yourself. Jog at a speed that you will achieve success and be proud.
