I have been so looking forward to my final run of C25K, it falls on a Saturday so I will have time drive to a bigger, better park and have a much longed for change of scenery. However, I have been nursing a hip flexor twinge for a few days and this morning it was so sore! I have been doing stretches (sporadically) but I am now hobbling and so disappointed. Does anyone know why this is the area that gives me problems? And how long should I rest for? Maybe it'll be OK for Sunday....

I haven’t experience of this, but certainly rest if you are in pain.
The run will politely wait for you to mend. 😄
