W6r1... take 3... it was sooo slippy under foot today. My run takes me through the woods at the end of my road, all the rain we’ve had has made the path like an Ice rink, I managed to stay up right, which is pretty impressive for me... I’m super clumsy.
My pace was a lot quicker today which is positive, although half way round I swallowed a fly... swings and roundabouts. Not even the fly stopped me... roll on Friday
