First run ever. at the very start I really struggled running one minute. Today I completed w5r3 and ran 20 minutes without stopping. I can’t believe I actually managed it. I was nervous going into it, but took it easy and just thought in 5 minute blocks. If I can do it, anyone can. Never exercised, 5 stone overweight and mortified in leggings. Now 2 stone overweight, much fitter, leggings are still not great though lol.

Well done you!That run is a game changer - I think it’s downhill (metaphorically at least) from here. FYI leggings are unforgiving for everybody!! 🤣🤣🤣

I did the same and share in your surprise at actually running ( slow crawly jog in my case 😂) for 20 mins . Well done you , keep going , you're doing great 👍
