First run ever. at the very start I really struggled running one minute. Today I completed w5r3 and ran 20 minutes without stopping. I can’t believe I actually managed it. I was nervous going into it, but took it easy and just thought in 5 minute blocks. If I can do it, anyone can. Never exercised, 5 stone overweight and mortified in leggings. Now 2 stone overweight, much fitter, leggings are still not great though lol.
