Had a really good run this evening. Thanks for the advice about the arms, I had previously been holding my arms very still I think I was worried about using valuable energy! But using my arms seemed to really help and this time after 5 mins I felt good and enjoyed my run. I also switched from listening to music to listening to some really interesting podcasts and that seemed to work for me really well. I am really looking forward to my next run 🏃♀️

Arm movement really helps lropel you forward whereas holding them still must've built up lots of tension. Podcasts and audiobooks can be a great distraction at times. Mixing things up is the key 😊
