Found tonights run, quite comfortable, timed my last 5 min run, 0.6 km, at that rate, 30 mins will only be 3.8 km, should I be going a bit faster maybe, what do we think? 🤔

C25k is about duration not speed.

Only a small proportion of graduates from this forum who responded to a poll, managed 5k in 30 minutes by graduation healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

Graduation requirements are that you complete three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance.

Stay at a conversational pace.

Thanks, was thinking that was the case, will just be happy to run for 30 mins, without stopping, onto run 2, probably on wed evening.
