Back out there !! π thanks to everyone support I got back out there yesterday. I didnβt even go back a week just end straight into it. Ok it was hard and by the end of the third run I could hardly move my legs but I did . Hope run two is not to tough .

Slow and steady and make sure you are stretching after every run...Each run makes you stronger, but up the rest day exercise too.. stamina and strength need to be worked you as well
Well done & I'm very pleased to hear you got out there. I was really worried about you after your last post. W5 was my favourite week. Remember the C25K mantra - slow & steady. You got this now. You'll be great. Keep us posted.
