The past month or so I’ve started to get a slight pain on the bone on the top of my foot. Does anyone know why this could be?

Are your shoes too tight?

Feet swell when you run for longer duration and that often shows as pain across the top of the foot.

Is the pain there before you start running or does it develop some time in ?

It starts after I’ve completed a run, lasts a few days

Get checked out by a physio.

I had the same thing on my left foot and I solved it by a few things. 1.) I laced up my trainer to miss the area the pain was. There are videos on YouTube to show you. 2.) I realised and worked on how my foot was landing and I changed to land mid foot and to lift my knees more. Sounds and feels daft when you start but a couple of weeks later I don’t have the pain. So good luck
