...because of terrific downpour! Soz everyone, but I opted for a BodyPump class followed by a treadmill run at my local gym instead! Managed a second consolidation run after graduating in September. Actually felt quite good- I’m soooo slow, but my breathing felt comfortable and I could have gone a bit longer than 30mins tbh. Challenge now is to run 3x a week and just enjoy it. We’ll see what the distance looks like in a couple of weeks time of habit forming! Bring it on! (But dry weather, please!)
