Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

This guide to post C25k running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Keep running, keep smiling.

Look at the October Consolidation Club post in the Pinned Posts section.

The running world is your oyster. What do you want to do? Get faster over 5k? Go longer and reach 10k and beyond? Stay as you , 3x 30 mins a week?

Whatever, you should now consolidate for about a month - so continue to do 3x 30min a week, maybe stretching out 1 of those by a few mins each week if you fancy. During that time, think about what you want to do with your runining.

Apart from that, there are always the 3 excellent supplementary C25K+ podcasts: Speed, Stamina and Stepping Stones. Google "nhs c25k+ podcasts".

Have you joined the other forum here, Bridge to 10k?

I’m finding it interesting to read what others get up to even if I don’t post (yet).

As John_W says, the worlds your oyster. When I graduated I concentrated on reaching 5k, then on improving my 5k time until I eventually achieved it in under 30 mins, then I concentrated on increasing distance to 10k and I’ve reached 13k once. I’ve used the Nike Run Club App which is free and has coached runs of various times and distances you can choose from. I think it’s important to set yourself goals and challenges....not all the time though, sometimes it’s nice to just go out for a run. Good Luck with whatever you choose to do 👍
