Hi everyone I stopped smoking on the 2nd of August cold turkey,After a couple of weeks of stopping I started going out for a run,I wasn’t very good,heavy legged,really uncomfortable and awkward at first,but today I’ve ran a full 5k without stopping,my breathings got better,I’m finding a better rhythm,not fast mind,but comfortable,I never timed myself because I don’t want to have phsychological targets programmed in my head yet,but I’m buzzing I’ve done it,a great platform to build off😀 thanks for reading
