Anyway. Not a lot to report today, gave Jeffing a go having read a bit about it. It was...interesting. I think I'll do it every now and then, I'm exploring lots of ways to run at the moment. I wouldn't only want to do it, I kind of missed hitting an easy rhythm running, but on the other hand I ran faster in the run intervals. So for now I'll keep mixing it up!
I don't really have ambition to run fast or far, I just want to keep running and be as fit and healthy as I can be so I guess anything goes as long as I'm doing it!
Happy running all...

I did a tiny bit of walking yesterday (see post). Iced/heated yesterday evening, which made things feel worse for a bit.
This morning no problems going up or down stairs.
I can still feel things aren't right with the ligaments, the range of movement is still limited (eg. doing the calf stretches is awkward), but the limp's gone.
Resting it today, but doing the prescribed exercises.
I plan to do a little bit of a walk tomorrow in addition to the usual Tuesday evening supermarket visit, rest it on Wednesday.
The next physio appointment is Thursday evening, and I expect she'll be pressing/massaging on the tendons/ligaments again, which will break up any scar tissue but will probably set things back a day or two.
I'll defer to the physio's judgement, but I doubt I'll be doing any running before Sunday at the very earliest. ☹️
