Too Late to Stop Now

Week 9 run 3 done today. Whereas run 2 was easier and faster pace, felt quite leggy today, but maybe starting with a hill didn't help. Split pace was 5 mins 40 secs but got down to 5minutes 20 secs....plan to consolidate now with 3 x 30 mins a week....and try a park run when they return.
