Hello 59er! The book is Mindful Thoughts for Runners (freedom on the trail) by Tessa Wardley. It's a tiny little book, which I picked up in a gift shop, rather than a book shop, just by chance. I've googled it and it seems to be available on line.
It certainly helped me get in the right headspace for my 10k. I hope you enjoy it.
This is very funny - I went in to town last week. The first time since lock down. I decided to treat myself with a new pair of trainers. They didn't have my size and I was having to return home empty handed so I went to a book shop and ended up buying 2 books - Running with the mind of Meditation and Mindful Running. When I got them home I realised that they really weren't what I was hoping for. I'm going to take them back tomorrow 🤭AND pick up my new trainers at the same time. I shall look your one up on line and get it delivered to my door - thank you!
