The calling wind!!!

The wind was howling down the chimney in my bedroom and I as I laid there, listening to it, all warm under the duvet, I am sure it was calling me!!! It started about 7:15...I rolled over a few times and closed my eyes, concentrating on going back to sleep...but the wind was having none of it!!!! By 8am I couldn’t resist it anymore so up I got & off I went, my first run of 2018...and what a run it was...crikey, there was me & rubbish blown all over the place!!! But the wind felt good...cobwebs?? Not anymore!!! Happy running everybody....whatever the weather 😉 xx

Well done Bev - just back from my run and it too was windy. Almost went to the gym for the first time instead! Like you say great to get the cobwebs out. Happy running.

Well done! I feel running against such a strong wind is like swimming against the current (except that I look more ridiculous on land than in water lol). Did you sing that Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights song while you were battling with the wind? I always think about it when the wind is howling like that!

Thanks Floss...!! It wa extremely windy...the recycling men were due this morning but the wind had blown everything everywhere, bet they were running around too picking it all up!! 💨🏃🏻🌪🚚
