Omg finally graduated from couch to 5k, took me about 12-15 weeks to complete as got to week 4 then got shin splints and just ran every few days, it's been a long journey, hard at times, and quite emotional, so proud of myself. Thank you couch to 5k and everybody who has helped me and given me advice on my journey.
