Haven’t posted for a while - rubbish few weeks recently and just didn’t manage much running just a few shorter runs. So yesterday evening I told myself to just get up tomorrow morning and go out there. So that’s what I did and it was a great feeling, lovely run - just enjoyed a beautiful morning running - picture of the park In the sun 👍🏃🏼‍♀️✅😊

Well done I’ve just done my jog. Dreadful times this morning but at least I did it. Still not easy but such a good feeling after you’ve done if. !🐢⛹🏻‍♀️
