What a lovely place to run ! And he looks innocent!! Mine is tomorrow although may postpone a day as on Zumba waiting list. I agree tho feeling a chore ...I love getting to the end but I find every run so hard!!
Gorgeous cheeky pupper! ๐ Any cat adventures today?!
Well done Jules, pleased to hear you enjoyed this a little more ๐๐ผ
I had a lull myself during W3 or W4 and it all just felt a bit robotic/โgoing through the motionsโ type feelings. Maybe itโs a natural progression when forming a new habit.
You mentioned something similar yourself the other day though; itโs important to remember that youโre doing it at all; increasing your fitness and well-being with every run ticked off and that alone is a wonderful thing.
It helps me to think of all the people Iโm lapping that are still sat on the sofa. (And youโre entitled to feel a little bit smug about that) ๐๐
I really liked Dodgylungs comment about the โebb and flowโ of the emotions that come along with the programme. Just keep riding the wave - youโre doing great - Iโm sure your mojo will return ๐๐ปโโ๏ธโจ
Yes, youโre right in reminding me, we are all increased our fitness levels with each and every run we do. When I got back I said to my husband, well wasnโt too bad but at least I did 35 mins more of exercise than I would have done before I started this programme ... smug look ๐.
Ebbs and flows is a great analogy ๐๐ป no more intervals ๐ฑ
