So I got a bit giddy yesterday after finishing run one of week seven (3.8k - 25mins) and signed up for my local park 5k run!

My plan is to be regularly exceeding 5k when the park runs restart after the current Covid restrictions.

Is anyone else looking ahead to doing something like this?

You’ve got to have goals, right?

Matt

Just to reassure, I did my first run of week 8 and found it better. I’m drinking more water 👍😄
