2nd day the gym.. again loved it! Altered Week 2 done and dusted...
The good thing about doing it on the treadmill is if you slow down you know you'll fall off!! Quite a good motivator... I certainly don't want to look total plonker falling off... so it makes me keep going!
Spoke to one of PT's about my upper body, so he's given me some good pointers to strengthen it.. so I'll be doing that too!
