Yea...W2 R3 done

I've just finished W2 R3 and sitting in the car, looking at the tide coming in, reading some of the amazing journeys and stories here. This site keeps you going.

It felt the hardest run and 1st 90 second stretch seemed to last for ages, but then I remembered, conversational, slow, jog...and breathe, and then it seemed to fall into place.

Happy Friday everyone.

I’m about to complete W2R3 tomorrow at Parkrun and that’s something I’m totally guilty of too - jogging too quickly for my stamina level lol. I’m going to have to remember I need to be able to hold a conversation throughout the jog!

Good luck with the rest of your C25K!

Take it very slow and steady and just do what the run asks for...(we usually advise park run after 6 weeks on the plan) ... just in case folk get carried away with enthusiasm:)

Slow and steady running gets us to the most amazing places...injury free and having had terrific fun:)

I’ve already been doing parkrun for years - just not running it!

Absolutely, couldn't agree more. Invaluable support and advice I've received and happy to share the runs.😀

Exactly right Maggiecats. Slow down is the answer to everything at the beginning! Well done 😊

Thanks Beachcomber66, I'm taking it 1 run at a time.
