Considering 10 weeks ago I was struggling to run for 60 seconds straight 😲 I’m quite enjoying this running lark 🙂

Well done.

Don't forget the 10% rule when increasing distance, just to keep injury risk minimal.

Thanks 🙂

Last week I was doing 35 minute runs so just added 3 minutes to it. Not sure how sustainable that’s going to be when it’s a week day. Really want to push for an hour or 10k eventually

You may find it more sustainable just to increase the distance on just one run per week....that is what most people do.

You are well within the 10% rule, so keep safe and steady.

Just because all your C25k runs (except weeks 5 & 6) were three identical runs, don't assume you need to make all your future runs the same each week. It's okay to do a 15 minute fast run, a 30 minute run with intervals and a long run (increasing with the 10%), for instance. That'll make it easier to manage workday running and you're still going to be improving your stamina and pace and form.
