Today, with the canicross group I run with, I managed to run all the way up a particular hill at the beginning of the run in one go!
I felt like I was going really slowly, but looking at Map My Fitness and comparing it to last week (when admitedly one of my dogs was all over the place!) it means I ran the first kilometre 48 seconds faster.\0/

Well done. It's great when you can see yourself improving and really helps with the motivation (avoids those pesky gremlins that pop up from time to time).
Climbing hills is hard so it makes sense to tackle them slowly with small steps, and break them down into bitesized chunks if needs be. The sense of achievement of cracking a toughie is better than buns 😊
