W3R2 just keep going!

can’t believe I managed that. I was feeling absolutely exhausted from a busy week at work but I feel amazing now. Glad I pushed myself to do this. The 90 seconds are seeming easy now. Still a push at the end of 3 mins but much more manageable. When I am flagging and finding it hard to motivate myself I keep thinking - this course is designed for everyone to be able to do- even if they are unfit and overweight. Therefore I should be capable of doing it. So just get on with it!

Well done. As you continue most of the battle is with your mind not your legs or breathing. Recognising that this early is really helpful. Enjoy the next one!
