can’t believe I managed that. I was feeling absolutely exhausted from a busy week at work but I feel amazing now. Glad I pushed myself to do this. The 90 seconds are seeming easy now. Still a push at the end of 3 mins but much more manageable. When I am flagging and finding it hard to motivate myself I keep thinking - this course is designed for everyone to be able to do- even if they are unfit and overweight. Therefore I should be capable of doing it. So just get on with it!
