Last night, I was feeling hopeless and defeated after my first failed run after returning to work. My first failed run ever since starting C25K, completing in June. I turned to the fantastic running community on here, asking for tips and advice about what happened and i have received so many lovely, kind and supportive replies with some great tips. I now feel 100% better than i did last night about my Running journey and ready to move forward. I have asked for help in the past and received it but I'm bowled over by the support I've received since posting here last night. Thank you all 😊 This is a true Community.

That is so so good to hear 😬

And your right , it's a fantastic place for support and encouragement.

I don't think I would have graduated without it .

I now spend more time on here than twitter or FB 😂

No run is a failed run, you got up off that couch and gave it a go - no matter how long you managed. Much better than not attempting it at all! And you’re right - this community is awesome!

I didn't see your post yesterday but I am sure you are cheered up by the responses.

I echo your thoughts about the forum. I don't think I would still be running if it weren't for the lovely people on the forum. Many months on from graduating it is still so lovely to get support here, and to support others.

Good luck!
