I am so happy that couch to 5K has helped me to get my running mojo back, I recorded a 5k time this morning of 31:23 and I am 82 miles into Lands End to John O’ Groats virtual challenge!
The most important thing is if I can do it anyone can, have fun on your journey guy’s
