I am on week 7 run 2 but had to stop due to foot injury.I dont know what i have done I havent gone over on it or didn't feel anything while I was out running got up on morning and the bottom of my right foot and up the side was hurting and was a bit bruised so not been out for out for 7 days now but I am having to walk on it with my job and it still hurts.
I want it to go away as I am missing going out running as I was getting into it and was so proud of myself.

I feel your pain, I really do. With a job where you're on your feet you need to be careful. Depending on the pain level you may need a day or two to really rest that foot. Try not to get frustrated with the inability to run, far more important to fix the foot, and then carry on.
In the meantime check out Caroline Jordan's hurt foot fitness videos on you tube, she even does chair running, (that is much harder than it sounds!)
You'll be back but right now you need to care for that foot!
The guide to the plan has links to the NHS sports injury site and the PRICE principles to deal with injury.
It is beyond our pay grade to offer diagnoses and that is best left to a physio or GP if the issue persists.
As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out and see what we can comfortably manage, then build back up gently, using C25k or something similar as a guide to weekly increase.
