A few weeks after graduating I injured my groin quite badly meaning I haven't run for about 10 weeks. Anyone been in the same boat that could recommend at what point of the 9 weeks could I start from.?Want to get back out but don't want to over do it straight away and risk another injury.

Possibly try a week 4 run to see how you cope, then work up?

As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
