I completed week 2 this morning and feeling good. I hope running will help relieve my anxiety and let me feel stronger.

I too have just finished Week 2. I think I found it easier than Week 1 although I'm still described as ' a chap who looks like he enjoys cake'. Bring-on Week 3.
