Well, I’ve now completed my Wk9 , 5K run twice this week and it feels great... what made it even greater this evening was my 8 year old son who cycled along side me , him having only just learnt to ride his bike 2 weeks ago and him shouting come on mummy I’m super proud of you 🥰
