Just completed my W1R3. I'm so pleased with myself. Enjoyed going out early in the morning. Easier than after a long days work and only saw one person which is a bonus because me running isn't a good look lol. Looking forward to starting week 2 on Saturday. Did I just say I was looking forward to it!!!! 😱

You are really in for a treat! It is so completely CRAZY how RUNNING (of all horrible things) can be so much fun! It only gets better!!

(ps -- I never took two days between until week 7 -- always one but not two... because I could hardly wait...)

Awesome! Well done! I'd love to get out early and do mine, but at the moment I'm enjoying running with my Stepdad, so evenings are the only time we can get out. Maybe I'll do mornings once I'm more confident! Way to go you! I'm looking forward to my 3rd run tomorrow, although it will be after work and helping run Cubs, so I might regret it hahaha!

Yes, found it harder in the evening but run on my own so getting up earlier was good for me xx

Well done! Week one is definitely the hardest if you ask me, it's the start of a new routine and your lungs feel like they are having a proper workout!

It is an odd feeling to look forward to going out for a run isn't it, I never thought I'd be like that either!
