That's amazing!!! I'm trying to make my 61 year old mum join the program but she says she's 'too old' to do it. The last time she ran was 'at my sports day'. I haven't had a sports day since I was 9 - I'm 23 now!!!

Tell her she isn’t too old. I am so pleased to have started c25k in March. Trying 5k three times a week now. Still slow but I’m happy to be able to do it . I had never run before and always avoided sportsday. I shall be 75 in December

Fantastic achievement. If it helps I’m 68 and started this 6 weeks ago. I’ve just run (slow jogged) for 25 mins non stop and loved every second. Look at slow running/Japanese running on you tube. It’s really helped me achieve this. Good lick and keep us posted. 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
