Just done on a miserable wet and windy afternoon in the Peak District. Not saying it was easy but felt ok. Scissors Sisters helped me along and I had a close encounter with a Canada Goose that I didn’t see through my rain splattered specs 🤓.

Great job... kiss that one off. Now I know what’s going on in the car later! Well done completing the intervals... enjoy that run 3.

That is amazing determination in the face of bad weather (and goose).

You've clearly got the metal to finish C25K.

Well done.

Thanks Ian. Next run planned for Friday when the weather should be a bit better 🤞

I take it that what you could see of the scenery, if anything, was some consolation. Well done on the run though

No not been today. We are at Chatsworth for the weekend, should be going tomorrow afternoon I’ve got my running gear with me. Yes that’s the forecast I’ve seen too. Good luck on your run.
