Week 1 run 2 hot but happy
You might feel unfit but you've just completed another run and hills will make you a stronger runner. Well done you π
You did hills in week 1? Hats off to you!!
Either that or run round Morrison's car park, which i didn't think was a good look! π everywhere is a hill.
Nobody really likes hills. I run them because I prefer exploring off road trails than trundling around level tarmac, and the hills are the price paid for keeping the run intresting.
I know a guy who travels around the world doing ultra-marathons and other insane long distance runs (100K anyone?). He is crazy fit.
He told me that he never runs up hills. He just walks them and makes up the time on the levels and downhills because he won't be so tired from struggling uphill.
Makes you think....
