. . . And boy did i feel achey! So very unfit but i did it and have concluded i don't like running up hill πŸ˜€ thank goodness my one work run is the only one with a hill. Two days off now and then my 3rd run is back home again.

You might feel unfit but you've just completed another run and hills will make you a stronger runner. Well done you 😊

Hmm I have similar issues. I picked the local cricket club to do most of my c25k because that only has a slight slope πŸ˜‚ Hills terrify me!

Nobody really likes hills. I run them because I prefer exploring off road trails than trundling around level tarmac, and the hills are the price paid for keeping the run intresting.

I know a guy who travels around the world doing ultra-marathons and other insane long distance runs (100K anyone?). He is crazy fit.

He told me that he never runs up hills. He just walks them and makes up the time on the levels and downhills because he won't be so tired from struggling uphill.

Makes you think....
