Just completed my first run of week 1! Can’t wait to see progress throughout the following weeks. Feel really proud of myself as I am very unfit but I was able to push through with a lot of will power even when I wanted to stop.

Just wanted to say well done on completing your first run! I think just getting over the fear of stepping out of the house or getting on the treadmill for the first time is a massive part of the battle! I hope you enjoy the rest of your first few runs 🙂

Good luck. I’m just on week 2. Your willpower will take a battering but you can do it! I always envisage how good I’ll feel after the 30 minutes of hell 😂
