Well I did it! Horrendous weather and I ran without earphones...just ran and hoped for the best. Never in a million years did I think I'd get past week 1. I'm so happy. This program amazing. So motivating! I'm a 60 year old graduate 🎓

Me too, I graduated yest and ran at 4.45am as I was so excited haha
