My fastest 25 minute run at 8:00/km including the warm up and warm down walk. Still really slow I know, but it was faster for me π
I got the start of cramp around 10 minutes into the run in my left calf and toes. I managed to get rid somehow and 15-25 minutes were my most comfortable. The last 5 minutes is a killer though. I have a steep incline that falls in that last 5 minutes, and it ends up knocking me sick every time π€’
