Heavy legs today but I'm almost graduated! I lost my earphones shortly after I ran so have ordered replacements but sadly not delivered for another 4 days. How can I run without Jo Whiley 😪

Yes, delivery not guaranteed due to COVID19. I'll have to see if I can get very cheap ones as a back up

Most supermarkets sell cheap wired earbuds, assuming your phone still has an appropriate socket.

It's a Samsung phone with a flat end in that goes in the same port as the charger. I'm hoping i can get one

Ah, yeah. The demise of the 3.5mm headphone socket. ☹️

I've a Google Pixel 3a which is one of the few recent phones still to have one.

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

I have upped my water intake but run in the morning so I've only had a large coffee at that point

Thank you. Really interesting. I'm 60 so I think part of the heavy legs is due to age

Make sure you drink a minimum of 2.5 litres per day, running or not and you will see the difference.
