W8R2 - Mixing it up a bit.

So the highlight today was treating myself to a nice new route along a local river which of course had the added advantage of no hills, ok no inclines. Great to run somewhere new and flat. Tempted to go a bit faster but resisted it for now. I know I said that after W7R3 I was going to give the parkruns a miss for a while but if it's not lashing it down at 9am on Saturday guess where I'm going to be.

Happy running all.

You’re gonna be tucked up in bed nursing a hangover? I knew it... I’m great at guessing!

Good restrained run... that will serve you well

So week 8... tiny jump up... you got that no problem... as long as you don’t chase a gazelle of a parkrunner... enjoy!

No gazelles for me. I'm targeting a sloth or two though 😀

A new route is always good, shaking things up and keeping it interesting makes for a good run.
