Week 4 Couch to 5k

First of all, I would like to thank everyone, who wrote comments last week. I knew a lot of new things, that I didn't know. That was really helpful to know about stretches before and after running. Last week I was proud of myself because I run my first 3 minutes. This week I run my first five minutes. I wouldn't say I am so proud because, during my run, I thought, maybe it is better not to run, and I was imaging about sitting on my sofa watching TV. I finished week 4, I did it. What was terribly difficult for me is to run the first 8 minutes, despite the fact that between them I had breath walk. The last 8 minutes were easier for me. I felt as if I could run more. However, I didn't want to rush. Now I feel as if I can only do the first run of week 5. I am not sure if I can run for 20 minutes. I will try it.
