Completed this morning...never run this long...ever. Looking forward to complete the course. I know I'm a slow "runner". I did manage to measure the distance for the 20 minutes, just over 3k.

well done for completing week 5 run 3, that's a milestone run and you will probably be smiling all day .

don't worry about pace, you are building strength and stamina !

be careful with week 6 runs 1 and 2 as going back to intervals catches people out !

Well done to you on completing run 3 of week 5, as you know that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done with W5R3. You're now entitled to bore the pants off everyone you meet for the rest of the day. 😁

The thing about Week 6 that catches people out is that it extends the activity duration again, first to 24 minutes, then 23 minutes and finally to 25 minutes.

The maximum you'd done before was in Week 4, at 21½ minutes.
