Listen to your body. I'm taking an extra rest day today because I feel tired and, for the first time, a bit sore. Tomorrow is another day, just don't beat yourself up about it. You are doing great x
I guess thats why that hammer home to take a rest day in between. Can you imagine running every day! And you can always take extra days if you need it. It wont affect your fitness level. Have a great day off!
I thought that having more rest days would make it harder, but apparently not... no more than two for me though, cos I know me, it'll knock me and it'll be harder to get going again..
Think I've got a bit of a stomach bug, cos I'm not feeling too clever.. but we fight on! 💪💪 I'll keep hydrated, wash it away!
