It was one of my most difficult runs. At one point I was going so slow I nearly stopped π
First half of the run was good but the second half was a slog. I feel so exhausted I canβt even muster the energy to celebrate that Iβve completed c25k.
Also my little cough is back itβs come on after every run of week 9 and goes once Iβve rested.
On a plus my daughter had made me food for when I got home.
Defo ready for bed now π΄π΄π΄

She use to run with me but quit after we did our 5k inflatable run, Iβve only managed to get her to do one run since then. She was going to run last night but I think she was to tired.
Iβm enjoying watching their relationship start again.
I think she will run again when it takes her fancy π she did a 28 min run with me and it took her about 4 days to recover, I think she had shin splints.
No matter how tough you found it, you did it! You graduated and you deserve to feel mighty proud of yourself! Spend a while on the podium and bask in your glory. Brilliant achievement! πππππ₯π₯π₯π₯
Thank you. I do feel proud of myself for pushing through now that Iβm not so tired. 11 hours of sleep later. Weβre going out to lunch this afternoon to celebrate π so need to get my daughter up.
