Consolidation runs

Graduated at end of July and have kept up the running using the c25k+ nhs apps. Achieved 5k at 34 mins πŸ€— Today though I just didn't feel it and didn't complete the 30 mins stepping stone run this morning. This is the first time I've not finished a session and i feel disappointed in myself and worried. I know Laura says a bad run is better than no run - but dropping out of a run? 😭

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

There is invariably a reason for a "bad" run, but if you can learn from it then you can take that as a positive, as it will help you avoid those circumstances in future or adjust your demands or expectations.

It happens to everyone.

Don't worry about it. We all not going to achieve 100% of the time. I found the STEPPING STONES podcast challenging tooπŸ‘πŸ˜‚πŸ˜€ And yes any run is always better than no run..😁
