Wk 1 revisited!

Decided it was time to start again with this, had to give it a rest in early July due to problems with my hip which was a shame as got up to run 1 wk 5 but that seems to have almost settled. Finished the first week this morning and happy with that as did first run on Saturday although the hip is niggling again and have sore shins. I honestly didn't think i would struggle running for a minute after managing 8 minutes running but it was harder than i expected as my legs felt the strain but all done now and onto wk 2 on Friday, onwards and upwards and if i can do this anyone can.

Ooh looks like we are quite similar - I am also starting Week 2 on Friday! Try to do the recommended stretching exercises and hopefully that should ease the pain a bit. Good luck! :)
