It took me more than a week though - but I don't mind, because I did it.
After my second run I found that I could barely walk - I damaged something in my leg, I believe down to my lack of a good warm up and my gait whilst running. So I had a good rest and did run 3 this morning, in the early morning drizzle!
It felt good! Surprisingly. Although I'm now very aware of the way I run - having researched it, I definitely have overpronation - so I've just ordered some stability running shoes. I really don't want to stop this because I run weirdly!
